| Tour description |
Departure from Lucca to reach Celle dei Puccini, the home where the ancestors of Giacomo Puccini lived. Then to Versilia, visiting the Museum of Giacomo Puccini at Torre del Lago where Puccini lived for 30 years and composed his most famous operas, like Turandot, Madam Buttelfly, etc.
Lunch in a restaurant at Torre del Lago.
In the afternoon return to Lucca to discover Puccini’s places: S.Paolino’s Church, Giglio’s Theatre, the Music Institute of Lucca and above all Giacomo Puccini’s Family House: today a museum with a lot of things that he used during his staying there. |
