Important remarks:

• For PhD students taking part in the conference, the PhD Workshop is for free.
• At least one authors should have registered by August 3, 2009. Otherwise the paper will not be included in the proceedings nor mentioned in the programme.
• The conference fee includes all the conference materials, including the proceedings. The fee for non-CINet members includes CINet membership fee for one year.

To register please download the registration form, complete it and send it by email to the conference secretariat: j.m.visser-groeneveld@utwente.nl.
