Industry meets Research

To bring together researchers and industrialists working in the field of Continuous Innovation the first day of CINet 2010 conference is especially dedicated to exchange between industry and research.

Industrialists are welcome to join the whole conference – but they may also choose the short one day version (see conference fees).

Industrialist are invited to present their experiences, ideas and questions in the area of Continuous Innovation. To get their presentation into the sessions they have to submit an abstract – equal to the abstract submission for research papers. If the abstract gets “accepted”, they don’t have to submit a full paper in the next step, but only the slides, they plan to present (see submissions).

The industrial contributions and research paper will be presented and discussed in mixed sessions. So maybe answers will meet questions and new questions and answers will occur. And most important people, from industry and research, working and thinking on similar topics get the opportunity to meet.

The opportunity to meet will be extended in the networking reception and the conference dinner Monday evening at the Restaurant Uto Kulm at the Uetliberg - so the one-day Industry ticket explicitly includes conference dinner participation.
