Harry Boer is Professor of Strategy and Organization at the Center for Industrial Production at Aalborg University, Denmark. He has (co-)authored numerous publications on organization theory, manufacturing strategy and continuous improvement/innovation. His research interest is in continuous innovation, the effective interaction between day-to-day operations, incremental change and radical innovation. Harry is a former Chairman of CINet. |

Mariano Corso is Professor of Organization and Human Resources at Politecnico di Milano where he chairs the course of Management Engineering at the Cremona site. At MIP, the Business School of Politecnico di Milano, he is director of the Master in Management and Organization Development and of the Observatories on Enterprise2.0, ICT Strategic Sourcing and ICT Strategy and Governance. He coordinated various studies on Knowledge Management and is an author of more than 100 international publications. Mariano is a former board member of CINet. |

Dr. Bjørge Timenes Laugen is Associate Professor of Strategy and Innovation at the Department of Business Administration of the University of Stavanger, Norway. His main research interest is the link between new product development, production, strategy, organizational development and continuous innovation. Laugen is a board member of CINet. |

Dr. Carmen Kobe is Senior Researcher and Lecturer at the Autonomous Systems Lab at ETH Zurich, where she leads a research group on "Innovation and Creativity". Her research interests are in the area of innovation and creativity methods, the front end of innovation processes, innovation process implementation, and measurement and improvement of innovation capabilities in companies. |

Prof. Mats Magnusson is Professor of Product Innovation Engineering at the School of Industrial Technology and Management at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, and Director of the Institute for Management of Innovation and Technology (IMIT). His main research interests are innovation management, resource-based strategy, management of knowledge and learning, and innovation networks, and he has published extensively in these fields. Mats Magnusson is the present Chairman of CINet. |
