From 11-18 August 2005 the 15th European Doctoral Summer School in Technology Management will be held in Vaasa, Finland. The Summer School is a valuable experience for anyone involved in doctoral work in the area of technology and innovation management. It provides a unique opportunity for doctoral students in technology management to learn from presentations of leading academics in the field and to meet colleagues with similar research interests. During the intensive one-week course, the participating students have also an opportunity to discuss their research programs with senior professors and with other PhD students in interactive workshops. A company visit is also scheduled to a firm leading in the area of technology and product innovation.
