9th International CINet Conference 2008
Thursday 24 January 2008, 13:00 - by: Jeannette Visser |
The 9th International CINet Conference 2008 will be held from 5-9 September, in Valencia, Spain. The theme of the conference is: "Radical Challenges in Continuous Innovation".
Continuous innovation is the ongoing process of initiating, developing, operating and improving new and existing configurations of products, market approaches, processes, technologies and competencies, organisation and management systems. As organisations strive to achieve a synergistic balance between short-term oriented, operationally-effective exploitation strategies and longer-term, flexibility-oriented exploration strategies, the rapid growth of the global knowledge economy has placed learning at the centre of this critical balance
Academics involved in research on innovation and change are invited to submit papers relevant to the conference theme and the various tracks listed on the "Theme and Conference Tracks" page, or simply register for conference attendance to gain access to leading research outcomes in this key area. Also academics interested in sharing industry experience are welcome.
Practitioners and consultants involved in managing innovation and change are invited to submit presentations relevant to the conference theme and the industry tracks listed on the "Theme and Conference Tracks" page, or simply register for conference attendance to gain access to leading research and practice experience outcomes in this key area.
Deadline abstract submission: 3 March 2008. More information can be found on the conference website.
