Field”"and “Hands-On Knowledge Co-Creation and Sharing: Practical Methods and Techniques" & requests from the community, the editors are happy to launch a call for contributions for a new book
on "Supporting Service Innovation through Knowledge Management: Practical Insights and
Case Studies". For the first time, this book will be developed in strong cooperation with the Swiss
Knowledge Management Forum (SKMF), a Community that incubates and promotes new ways of thought in the area of KM in Switzerland. Again for the first time, this book will be supported by a number of sponsors from industry.
