CINet board member Frances Jørgensen, PhD., formerly employed at the Center for Industrial Production, Aalborg Univeristy, Denmark, has recently accepted a position as Associate Professor in Human Resource Development and Organizational Behavior in the Department of Management, Aarhus School of Business, Aarhus University, Denmark.

In her new position, she will be affiliated with the Centre for Organizational Renewal and Evolution (CORE), a research centre carrying out research on the genesis, renewal, internationalization and evolution of professional organizations. Frances' primary research interests include change management, and in particular Continuous Improvement/Innovation(CI), the development of change competencies at all organizational levels, and the role of HRM and HRD in supporting CI.
