The Center for Industrial Production (CIP), Aalborg University, Denmark, is looking for

Two assistant professors in
Operations and Supply Chain Management and Innovation and Change Management

CIP was established in 1999 to become the leading center in Denmark in the area of production strategy, organisation, management and innovation in the widest sense of the word.
CIP is responsible for two teaching programmes:

  • A five-year, full-time BSc/MSc programme on Global Business Development.
  • A two-year, part-time post-experience Master of Management of Technology programme.

The long-term research programmes of CIP focus on Strategic and Performance Management, Operations and Supply Chain Management, and Innovation and Change Management. These programmes provide the basis for an applied research programme on Globally Distributed Production.

In both its teaching and research, CIP collaborates intensively with industries and universities both in Denmark and abroad.

Tasks
The successful candidates are expected to research, teach, and contribute to the ongoing development of teaching and research in the areas of Operations Management/Strategy, Supply Chain Management, Innovation Management and/or Change Management.
