The School of Management and Governance, University of Twente, focuses on the fields Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, Health Sciences and Public Administration. This takes place via initial Bachelor and Master (MSc) programmes, post-experience education, and (especially third-party) funded multidisciplinary research into major social themes. The faculty has approximately 350 staff and 1800 students.

The capacity group “Operations, Organisation and Human Resources” (OOHR) is an expanding and ambitious group that seeks to combine excellent education with top quality research. Complex issues relating to “Innovation Management” are approached from a multidisciplinary angle. Research is mostly conducted in international and national (collaborative) partnerships with industry and other universities. OOHR is looking for full-time Assistant Professors in Operations Management, Organisation Studies and/orHuman Resource Management with a special interest in Innovation Management.
