Last year Rasmus Kaltoft (Center for Industrial Production, Aalborg, Denmark) defended his thesis on collaborative improvement processes (supervisors: Harry Boer and Frank Gertsen). Now, a summary of his thesis is published in the popular CINet Research Papers series. The title of both the thesis and the booklet is Collaborative Improvement - Interplay but not a Game.
