1st paper in "CINet Working Paper Series" now available for download
Tuesday 17 January 2006, 14:45 - by: Harry Boer |
The first working paper in the series, "Continuous Innovation. Managing Dualities through Co-ordination" has been written by Harry Boer, Joachim Kuhn and Frank Gertsen and is now available for download!
Based on the notion that continuous innovation is based on exploration and exploitation excellence, the paper addresses strategic, technological, process and organisational mechanisms companies may use to achieve alignment, co-ordination or even integration of explorative and exploitative activities.
This working paper is the first in the series and hopefully not the last one. Furthermore, the authors look forward to receiving any comments and suggestions on the ideas they present in the paper. All CINet members are therefore strongly encouraged to react to the paper and to submit their own thoughts and early work for discussion within the network. After all, one of the primary functions of the CINet is to share and discuss thoughts and ideas and to provide a forum for discussion of early work in the field of Continuous Innovation. Let us develop this new "CINet Working Paper Series" as a forum to achieve this!!
