CIM special on CINet conference 2010

Added: Thursday 1 March 2012, 09:30

cimThe March 2012 issue of Creativity and Innovation Management (CIM) contains a set of four articles that are based on papers presented at the CINet conference 2010, which was held in Zurich, Switzerland. Thematically, the four articles focus on the early phases of innovation, i.e. in the idea or search phase. Although they share the focus on the early stages of the innovation process, the articles study this with significantly different lenses and, therefore, contribute to a broader understanding of the phenomenon.

The following papers are included in this special:

  • Björk, Jennie, nowledge Domain Spanners in Ideation
  • Cantarello, Silvia, Antonella Martini and Anna Nosella, A Multi-Level Model for Organizational Ambidexterity in the Search Phase of the Innovation Proces
  • Hemphälä, Jens, and Mats Magnusson, Networks for Innovation – But What Networks and What Innovation?
  • Holzer, Jacqueline, Construction of Meaning in Socio-Technical Networks: Artefacts as Mediators between Routine and Crisis Conditions
