The 3rd KB Book "Supporting Service Innovation through Knowledge Management" (editors: Sami Kazi, Patricia Wolf, Peter Troxler; Graphics: Rn and Bar Dvir) will be launched at an event of the Swiss Knowledge Management Forum in Zurich at 19 March 2009.

For the book we have compiled more than twenty European and international case studies. Selected authors of the case studies will attend the event and share their learnings and insights.
Discussions among participants and the authors will ensure a valuable two-way learning experience.
